From his early days, Pierre was an avid football fan and even mimicked the match commentary. In their houses and on the road, all three brothers played football for hours on end. He also had two brothers who became professional football players.

The majority of Pierre’s childhood was spent in Milan, where his father worked as a football scout. He joined a youth academy in Milan, and finally, in 2007, he was chosen to play for Milan’s youth team as a forward. Pierre’s team finished fourth in the opening ‘Champions Youth Cup’ held in Malaysia. He scored six goals in seven matches and attracted the attention of many talented scouts.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is in a relationship with Alysha, with whom he has a son, Curtis. Pierre is also an outstanding sprinter in addition to playing football. It is said that he runs 30 meters in 3.7 seconds, which is faster than Usain Bolt, the ‘world’s fastest man.’ Despite being challenged by German sprinter Julian Reus for a 100-meter race, Pierre hasn’t yet accepted the challenge.

He is an avid comic book reader and sports car fan. As a celebration for a goal he scored during a Bundesliga match, he donned a Spider-Man mask.
