Career

Bharat plays for Andhra Team and he has also played for Andhra Cricket Association XI, India A, India B, India Blue, India Red and Rest of India.
Bharat made his first-class debut at an age of 19 in 2012 against Kerala in 2012-13 Ranji Trophy Season.
Srikar started his List-A career with Vijay Hazare Trophy against Tamil Nadu in 2012 and played his first Vijay Hazare match on 20th February 2012.
Bharat was also the first wicket-keeper batsman who scored a triple hundred in the Ranji Trophy on 6th February 2015.
He has also played in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and in Vijay Hazare Trophy.
In July 2018, Bharat was also named in the squad for India Blue for the 2018–19 Duleep Trophy Season.
A year later in 2019, Bharat was also added to India’s Test squad for the second Test against Bangladesh, as backup for Wriddhiman Saha.
Bharat was even added to Indian’s squad for the One Day International (ODI) series against Australia in 2020.
In January 2021, He was also named as one of five backup players in India’s Test squad for their series against England.
He has played a total of 78 First Class matches and scored 9 centuries and 23 Half centuries with an average of 37.24.
Bharat was also signed by IPL team Delhi Daredevils in IPL 2015 Auction for INR 10 Lac.
