In 2009 She started to works as a part time volunteer in developmental space. And along with time she gradually took the leadership role in many different issues like women’s health &
safety, rural development and some urban civic issue such as lake rejuvenation and waste management.

At present she is an author and menstrual educator. Her work on menstruation has been special in its endeavors of uncovering the antiquated science behind local feminine practices and delivering an account which is the Bharatiya point of view on monthly cycle.

She is a managing trustee and founder of “Mythri Speaks Trust”. because of she runs a trust she traveled across many small villages in India and interected with thousands of womens and Girls. She successfully wrote and published two books named “Ṛtu Vidyā” and “Women and sabrimala”. “Ṛtu Vidyā” is written to answer of questions asked by womens during her interaction’s with them in her various workshops in many villages in India. The booki “Women and sabrimala” is an answer of “why aren’t women of menstrual age allowed to enter Sabarimala?”. In this book she covered all those perspective on science which never discussed before.

she appeared in a YouTube channel TEDx Talks In December 2016 where she spoke on the matter Menstrual Health of India. After that she featured in TEDx Talks two times.
