Samina Chowdhury was born on August 28, 1966, in Dinajpur, Bangladesh. Born in a music-loving family where her father, sister, and brother are associated with the field. Her sister is a leading female singer in the country and brother Pancham is also a musician. She was so much passionate about music arena at early childhood as the father was a country leading musician. In 1977, Samina participated in the Notun Kuri song category and stood first in this competition.

Samina Chowdhury Career:

Samina Chowdhury kicked off the journey in the music arena as a playback singer in 1981. Her debutant song was historical track ‘Jonmo Theke Jolchi Mago’ for the movie same title. Samina comes to the timeline around the showbiz industry when gave her voice in the song ‘Saat Bhai Champa Jagore’ for the movie ‘Saat Bhai Champa’, the track still popular to the audience.
