Rachin Ravindra is an Indian origin New Zealand Cricketer who plays for Wellington Domestic cricket team of New Zealand. He was born in Capital City Wellington, New Zealand. Ravindra has always been passionate about cricket since his childhood. Rachin is a Left-Hand Batsman and his bowling style is Slow left arm orthodox. He currently plays for Wellington Firebirds in New Zealand Domestic Cricket. Rachin is a special talent and because of this, the International Cricket Council (ICC) named him as the rising star of the squad for his performance in 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.

Career
Rachin is a top order batsman and plays for Wellington Team and he has also played for New Zealand Under-19s, Wellington Under-17s and Wellington Under-19s.
Ravindra made his List A debut for New Zealand A palying against Pakistan A on 21 October 2018.
He then made his first-class debut in the same month against the same team Pakistan A on 30 October 2018.
He made his first List A century while batting for Wellington against Auckland in the 2019–20 Ford Trophy on 25 November 2019.
Then 4 months later, Rachin scored his maiden first-class century in the round six of the 2019–20 Plunket Shield season.
Ahead of the 2020–21 season of New Zealand domestic cricket in June 2020, he was offered a contract by Wellington.
Ravindra then scored a century with 112 runs in practice matches against the touring West Indies team in November 2020 for New Zealand A.
He was also named in New Zealand’s Test squad in April 2021 for the series against England.
Rachin was even selected in New Zealand’s Test squad in April 2021 for the final of the 2019–2021 ICC World Test Championship against India.
