Early Life:

Zakiya Sultana Kornia was born on May 08, 1989 in Magura, Bangladesh to father Abu Bakr and mother, Selina Akter. Kornia’s father was service holder, due to Abu Bakr’s service the family had to come to Dhaka at the childhood of Kornia. She was very fond of about the music arena, the first lesson on the music she took from her mother. Then she learned music from Titu Shihab during schooling. Kornia took a study on classical music from Ostad Shanjib. In Dhaka, Kornia enrolled at the BAF Shaheen College and completed SSC from this college and completed HSC from Ideal Commerce College. At present, she is a student of Eastern University where she is studying in BBA.

Zakiya Sultana Kornia started career journey in the music industry with the stage show. Her stage performance has been magnificent since the early career. However, she comes to timeline around the countryside, when she becomes the first runner up of Power Voice 2012. Now, she is the well-known face on the television screen of Bangladesh. Kornia already worked for playback song and mixed album. She made a debut as a playback singer in the movie ‘The Story of Samara’.
