Harnaaz’s breakthrough came when she was crowned Miss Chandigarh in 2017.
In the same year, Harnaaz was also declared as the Times Fresh Face Miss Chandigarh.
In the year 2018, Harnaaz emerged as the Miss Max Emerging Star India and was honored as Miss Max Emerging Star India with a male contestant, Imtiaj Haque as the winner.
She then competed in the Femina Miss India 2019 along with 29 contestants, where she ended up in the Top 12 contestants.
In the year 2019, Harnaaz won the title of Femina Miss India Punjab and was also the semi-finalist at the Femina Miss India 2019.
Harnaaz was also amongst the Top 50 semi-finalists of Miss Diva 2021 and even made it to the Top 20 Finalists of the competition.
