Her father Neil D’Souza is a senior position in TCS and Her Mother Jeanette D’Souza was managing the director of reputed Pharma COmpany. She has one younger brother Nigel D’Souza. She did her schooling at Apostolic Carmel High School in Bandra and Completed her graduation in Management Studies from St. Andrew’s College.

She started her acting at age of 15 from TV Ads. She gains attention from her Parker Pen ad with Amitabh Bachchan. She made her Bollywood debut from Tujhe Meri Kasam in 2003 with Ritiesh Deshmukh. The same year she made her debut Telugu and Tamil movie from Boys (Tamil), and Satyam (Telugu) Movies. Her acting in Tujhe Meri Kasam Praised by Critics and Audience, She was Nominated for Best Female Debut in Filmfare Award and Zee Cine Award.
