Murad Hasan started his early education at Kislay Adarsh Vidya Niketan in Jamalpur. He passed SSC from Jamalpur Zilla School in 1990, HSC from Notre Dame College in 1993, and MBBS from Mymensingh Medical College in 2000. He completed his postgraduate training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from Dhaka Medical College in 2004-2005 and his M.A. in Radiation Oncology from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) in 2011. Phil holds a degree. He is working as a Consultant in the Department of Oncology at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University.

Dr. Murad Hasan Political life

Dr. Murad Hosan was elected as a Member of Parliament from Sarishabari Upazila under Jamalpur District on the nomination of the Awami League in the Ninth Eleventh Parliamentary Election of Bangladesh in 2008 and Eleventh Parliamentary Elections of 2016. In the cabinet of 2016, he became the Minister of State in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Since May 19, 2019, he has been serving as the Minister of State in the Ministry of Information. He was a member of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. He is also a central member of Swadhinata Chikitsak Parishad (Swachip) and Ekattar Ghatak-Dalal Nirmul Committee. He is a life member of Swadhinata Chikitsak Parishad (Swachip) and the Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA).
