Dr. Akshata Prabhu was born and bloomed in India. Our Mrs. World has the zodiac sign of Aquarius. Akshata  is very much interested in study since beginning so after completing her primary schooling from some well known school in her city she decided to choose science stream and then dental field as she has more interest in this. At present Dr Akshata Prabhu is a woman with many facets – she is a daughter, wife, mother, doctor, and model. By profession she is a pediatric dentist and by passion she is model, Prabhu brought a medal to the nation when she won first-runner up at the Mrs. India World competition this year. Moreover, she represents India at the MS. International World in current year where she won the title and make India proud.

At the age of 18 she pursued a Bachelor of Dental Surgery while pursuing a modeling career, holding her love for the glamour world close to her heart. She used to modelling and study at the same time. She eventually decided to pursue a master’s degree, giving up modeling for good, when she reached a crossroads in life where she could make a choice between hig0.her education and full-time modeling. She choose masters because she loves the children and wanted to serve the children community. Then Akshata married and things changed for her. While her in-laws and husband continue to support her, it was the societal judgement of her abilities that ultimately pushed her to the brink and once again start her modelling career. After losing 20 kilos of pregnancy weight, she started preparing for the Mrs India Pageant in 2017. The first runner up title was won by Akshata among the 51 qualifiers. She became runners up in Mrs. India World and also shared her journey on social media and won the title in sub-contest to get  maximum influence on social platforms. The mother says that on the international front, having children is considered an advantage, and work-family balance is taken into consideration during the evaluation process. At present she is the CEO of The Intl Glam Project. Along with modelling and dentist she is also a National Speaker, Researcher , Author as well as an Entrepreneur.
