Armaan Jain was born in the Jain Community family on 23 June 1990 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He is a member of the Kapoor Family as His father’s name is Manoj Jain, an investment banker who married to Reema Kapoor, a homemaker. Armaan has a younger brother, Aadar Jain. Raj Kapoor, Shashi Kapoor, and Shammi Kapoor are his maternal grandfather and his maternal grandmother’s name is Krishna Kapoor. Famous Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, and Rajiv Kapoor are his maternal uncles. Popular actresses Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, and actor Ranbir Kapoor are his cousins.

Life Journey

Armaan Jain completed his schooling from the Cathedral & John Connon School, Fort, Mumbai. Later, he took admission to Regent’s University, London, and left his studies while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

In 2010, Armaan Jain started his career as an assistant director in the film ‘My Name Is Khan. He also worked as an assistant director in the film “Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, in 2012 and in ‘Student of the Year (2012). Armaan Jain made his acting debut with the film “Lekar Hum Deewana Dil” directed by Arif Ali, Imtiaz Ali’s brother.

In 2014, Armaan Jain appeared as Dinesh Nigam ‘Dino’ in his first film Lekar Hum Deewana Dil along with actress Deeksha Seth and Nikita Dutta. The film was not commercially hit and got an average rating of 5/10.

Arman is also a model and film producer who founded a production company in 2018. In collaboration with his elder brother Aadar Jain, Arman managed the Roll Camera Films production house. Currently, Armaan Jain continues his family business and heads a film production company.
