Ansel Elgort made his professional acting career appearance just a few months before his graduation from high school, exactly after his 18th birthday, where he portrayed the leading role in an Off-Broadway production for “Regrets” in March 2012.
His mainstream acting career started with the movie named “Carrie” in 2013 and the role of Tommy Ross. He was the second lead character’s prom date in the movie.
Ansel is represented by the New New York-based Brookside Artist Management Team.
He was also known for his supporting role as Caleb Prior in ” The Divergent Series ” (2014-2016).
As soon as the filming got completed Elgort’s next was announced, “The Fault In Our Stars”, a movie adaptation of John Green’s novel opposite Shailene Woodley.
