Allu Arjun was born into a Hindu-Telugu family on 8  April 1983(Friday) in Hyderabad, India. His father Allu Arvind is a film producer while mother Nirmala is a homemaker.  He has two brothers, Allu Venkatesh is an elder and Allu Sirish is the younger who is an actor. Allu Arjun is the nephew of renowned Telugu actor Chiranjeevi. Furthermore, He is the grandson of famous Telugu comedy actor Allu Ramalingaiah. His cousin Ram Charan Teja is also a famous Tollywood actor.

Allu Arjun was married to Sneha Reddy on March 6, 2011, in Hyderabad. Sheis the daughter of the most important Telangana educationist Kanchara Chandrasekhar Reddy. The engagement has happened in Novotel Hotel in Hyderabad on November 26th, 2010. Sneha Reddy has done her Primary education in Hyderabad and Higher education in the United States. The couple has a son named Ayaan and a daughter Arha.

Allu Arjun completed primary education at PBBS School and St. Patrick’s School. Later, he took admission in MSR College, Hyderabad, and completed his graduation in BBA. He was interested in acting since his early childhood and used to participates in dancing, acting, and sports competitions.

Allu Arjun has always dreamt of seeing himself on the small screen since his childhood. He started his career when he was just 2 years old as a child artist in the film Vijetha (1985). In 2003, he made his debut as a lead hero from the K. Raghavendra Rao film Gangotri. In this film, his acting was quite impressive and he received positive reviews from the critics.

Career

In the next year, he was cast in the Sukumar directed film Arya which was a commercial hit film at the box office. This film was a big breakthrough for Allu Arjun’s to bring his career to the next level by winning the Special Jury award at the Nandi Awards and he also won the cinema awards first for Best Actor and also for Best Actor Jury.

In 2007, he had his collaboration with ace director Puri Jagannadh for the film Desamuduru, in the role of a crime reporter. For that role, he sported with a long hairstyle and even worked to develop his abdominal muscles. This film became the turning point for him to establish himself as an action hero in the Southern films.

Allu Arjun appeared in the Bhaskar directed film Parugu in 2008. He was again allowed to spot with a short hairstyle to look like a common man. This film was a commercial hit and despite that, he won the Filmfare award for Best Actor – Telugu and also announced as the winner of the Nandi awards for Special Jury Award.

In 2009, he was cast again in the sequel of the Sukumar’s directed film Arya 2 which was one of the commercially successful Telugu films of the year 2009. As a singer, he made his debut through by singing the song of Prapancham Naaventa Vasthunte for the film Vedam in 2010.

In the year 2012, he starred in the Vikram Srinivas film Julai which became the 5th highest-grossed earner Telugu films of the year 2012. Such recognization received through the critics, audiences made him a star overnight, and he was enlisted in the Top southern stars of his time.
