Life Journey
Amyra completed her schooling at Cathedral and John Connon School, Mumbai and Dhirubhai Ambani International School, Mumbai. Later, she finished her Bachelors in Arts from H. R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. Amyra began her career as a model and has done numerous TV commercials like Vodafone, Micromax, Dove, Clean & Clear Foaming Face Wash, Airtel, etc. Dastur has also walked the ramp for several leading fashion designers.
Since childhood, Amyra desired to become an actress, and, to fulfill her desire, she started modeling at the age of 16. In the year 2013, she shot to stardom, after 4 years of her stint in the modeling world, with her debut Bollywood movie, Issaq.

Career
In 2015, Amyra played the role of Madhumitha in the film Anegan which was nominated for SIIMA Award for Best Debut Actress in Tamil. In the same year, he appeared alongside Emraan Hashmi in the film Mr. X, where she portrayed the role of Siya Verma.
Amyra in her first international project, Kung Fu Yoga acted alongside Jackie Chan which released in India on 3 February 2017. She has also begun filming for Oodi Oodi Uzhaikanum starring Santhanam. Amyra Dastur was also seen in director Akshat Verma’s next, titled Kaalakaandi, starring Saif Ali Khan.
Amyra shot for a song in the movie which is an upbeat dance number and has a few fun lyrics. The track has been choreographed by Adil Malik of Kar Gayi Chul notice. Amyra is all set for her Telugu debut in 2018 with Rajugadu opposite Raj Tarun and Manasuku Nachindi, directed by Manjula Ghattamaneni. In 2019, she appeared in two Bollywood films Judgemental Hai Kya and Made in China. In the same year, she appeared in the film Prassthanam.
